I have spent more than two decades building teams and mentoring people who wanted more than a job. Not a shortcut, not a trend. A foundation.
The Indrosh Movement grew out of one belief I keep coming back to: the foundation comes first, and the view is earned. It is for the person who is done waiting for permission, ready to do the work, and wants people around them who are doing the same.
I am based in Surrey, BC, with a growing team across Canada and the United States. This is where I share what I have learned about leadership, discipline and building something that outlasts you.
Lead yourself first. Then earn the right to lead others by being the example, not the exception.
